Howto Convert GIFs to Animations
This tutorial is currently under construction
This Howto explains how to convert a GIF-file to a animation file, displayable in the Camp firmware. This tutorial has been tested with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Requirements
- An working Installation of Image Magick (Ubuntu install: sudo apt-get install imagemagick)
- Perl GD2 library (Ubuntu install: sudo apt-get install libgd-gd2-perl)
- GIT
Tasks
- Download a gif that is close to the size of the display (130x130px)
Result
- A running animation
